1.Roughly the production flow is: First, the material is crushed by jaw crusher, then it is transported into impact crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing, the crushed stone stock is divided into two types of carpolite by vibrating screen, among which one type meeting the feed size of sand maker gets into sand maker, and the other type is stacked according to its particle diameter as finished product of stone stock, the carpolite in the sand maker is made into sand, then is washed to form finished product of sand.

The production line of sand-making equipment has the advantages of high automatic level, low operation cost, high crushing proportion, energy saving, large output, less pollution, convenient maintenance. The sand produced by the sand maker is in compliance with standard of the national Sand for Building, and the sand is characterized by equal size, favorable shape, and reasonable grade distribution. The artificial sand is particularly applicable for making high-strength equal-grade concrete, high-performance concrete and pumped concrete. It has already been used for several Chinese largest projects, such as Three Gorges Project, Yellow River Xiao-Langdi Project, and construction project of expressway and bridge all over the country. According to technology requirements, the suitable types of sand maker and washer are selected, in order to make best use of these equipment.

2.The whole sand-making production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, PCL vertical shaft impact crusher (sand-making machine), vibrating screen, sand-washing machine, belt conveyor, electric control system, etc. We design different production lines ranging 50 t/h to 500 t/h. We have been researching the sand-making machine for years, and we have made it part of the production line. The whole set of sand-making production line designed by our company is suitable to crush the hard limestone, granite, basalt, gravel, slag, etc and artificially sand making for hydroelectric power, building material, high way, city construction, etc. Different models of equipments are combined to meet different customers' different demands according to different craft requirements.

Process of the Production Line:
The raw material is transferred to jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, then the crushed materials are transferred to sand-making machine through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed materials will be transferred to the vibrating screen. The materials with suitable size will be transferred to sand washing machine, after being washed, then clean final products will be discharged. The others with unsuitable size will be screened from vibrating screen, then will be transferred to the sand-making machine, this forms a closed circuit manifold cycles.

3.Sand washing Plant consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine), vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyor and centrally electric controlling system, etc. The designed capacity is from 50t/h to 500t/h. After many years' research, our company has developed an internationally advanced vertical shaft impact crusher, which can be used together with other machinery as a complete sand making flow. This design racks a leading role in the same industry.

Process of Sand Washing Plant:
The stone material is sent regularly by the vibrating feeder to the primary jaw crusher, the crushed material is sent to the secondary jaw crusher to be crushed again. The crushed material is sent by belt conveyor to vibrating screen to be separated. The material, whose size is suitable for the feed size of the sand making machine, can be sent to the sand making machine. The unsuitable material should be sent back to the secondary jaw crusher to be crushed again. The crushed material from the sand making machine is sent back to the vibrating screen to be separated. The suitable separated sand, which is the final product, should be sent to the sand washing machine to be cleaned, and then sent by the belt conveyor. The unsuitable separated sand should be sent back to the sand making machine to be crushed again. The producing line forms two closed cycles. The producing line can be changed according to the customers' requests.
